Rules and Regulations

A candidate on receiving the allotment from the Director of Admissions Acharya Nagarjuna University shall have to submit the College an application for admission furnishing full details. Applications for admission and copies of prospectus shall be suplied on payment of Rs.100/- each.

All admissions shall be made subject to the approval of Acharya Nagarjuna University. Any false information furnished in the application form results in summary dismissal of the candidate from the College with the forfeiture of the fee paid.

Fees once paid shall not be refunded.

All the courses are offered on self-financing basis. Hence the students once admitted shall have to continue the course and even in case of discontinuance for any reason they are liable to pay the fees for all the remaining years of the course unless otherwise the vacancy caused is filled by another candidate and the College reserves the right to retain the original certificates of the candidate until the arrears are paid. An undertaking to this effect has to be given by the students .

The original certificates of the admitted candidates shall not be returned for any purpose whatsoever unless they pay the tuition  fee for the remaining period of the total course. The rules shall be applicable even to those students who discontinue the studies for any reason.

Students who belong to SC/ST/LBC shall have to pay full fees at the time of admission and whatever amount is sanctioned and released by the Government towards Scholarship/Tuition fee on their application shall be disbursed whenever it is released. The  amount of fees for the subsequent years is to be paid at the beginning of the Academic year irrespective of the sanction and release of the Scholarship/Tuition Fee.

A student must attend theory and practical classes regularly and also attend the Internal Examinations the college conducts. A student must possess a minimum of 75% attendance in theory and 90% attendance in practicals to get eligibility to appear for Acharya Nagarjuna University Examinations. Students who do not have the required percentage of attendance shall be informed by a general notice and their names shall be struck off from the rolls without any further communication.

Students provisionally selected for admission shall have to enclose the following copies of certificates along with the application form and submit the originals at the time of admission

For Post-Graduate Courses  ADMISSION :

Candidates shall be admitted into P.G. Degree / Diploma Courses strictly in Accordance with the rank secured at the entrance test, if any, or rank determined on the basis of the Marks secured at the qualifying examination or on the basis of any other criteria determined by the University from time to time, following the rules of reservation of seats for various categories of students.
